To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and still have the original product tags attached.

Ship the Product Back: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your request.
Refund or Exchange:
After your return is processed, we’ll issue a full refund to your E-WALLET or bank account — whichever you prefer. We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so rest assured, we're here to assist every step of the way!

Shipping
We strive to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order placement. However, delivery times may extend to over 7 working days during peak seasons or special events.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of Rs. 250 for every order, regardless of size or weight.
