Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges :To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be un-worn, un-used, and still have the original product tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
- Complete the Return Form: Fill out the return form and include it with your return shipment. Don’t have a return form? Download it and print it.
- Ship the Product Back: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your request.
Refund or Exchange: After your return is processed, we’ll issue a full refund to your E-WALLET or bank account — whichever you prefer.
